A lot of iPad Air users are having issues with the mobile Safari browser crashing frequently. In fact, this is one of the most common complaints that we receive.
Fix:
1.Make sure that the latest version of iOS is installed on your device.
2.Tap Settings > Safari and tap Clear History and Clear Cookies and Data.
3.Restart your iPad Air. Simply press the off/on button for a few seconds, until you see a red slider that says “slide to power off.” Then slide the slider. To turn the iPad back on, just press the o/off button until you see the Apple logo appears.
4.Try turning on Reduce Motion (Settings > General > Accessibility > Reduce Motion).
5.Also see these recommendations.
6.This could be due to a lack of memory. See these tips.
7.If nothing works then go to Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup > Back Up Now (or back up via iTunes; iTunes vs iCloud). Now go to Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings (note that this will remove /delete all current content and settings from your device) and set the iPad Air up again and restore your backup.
