How to Use iTether with Mac OS X

Recently the app “iTether” was allowed into the iTunes App Store for $14.99. This  application lets you use your iPhone’s 3G connection on your Mac or PC. Unfortunately, Apple ended up pulling this application from the App Store shortly after it was introduced into the App Store.
