If your iPhone battery is draining inordinately quickly, you may want to try turning off Facebook push notifications.
AppleToolbox reader Kevin Flynn writes:
“I had a similar problem, but found that tuning my Facebook app fixed it. Find ‘Settings’ and turn all the “push” options OFF for Facebook. If you can live without this, your battery charge will last much longer.”
