Step – 1 The basics of troubleshooting apply in this situation. So the first thing we will do is log out of iMessage, followed by restarting the iPhone 6. In order to log out of your iMessage, tap on Settings > Messages and toggle the imessage to OFF.

Step – 2 Restart your iPhone by pressing the Home and wake/sleep button together for about 15 seconds till you see the Apple Logo appear on your iPhone. Let your iPhone start on its own. Next, Tap on Settings > Messages and Toggle your iMessage to ON. Now, Test if you can send a photo using your iMessage


 


Step – 3 If the restart and reset of the iMessage and the iPhone did not solve your problem, the next course of action is to check your wi-fi. Tap on Settings > Wi-Fi. Toggle it from ON to OFF and then back again to ON. Try sending the Photo again and check if that worked for you.

Step – 4 Sometimes the DNS address associated with your Wi-Fi connection may be the issue for this problem. Tap on Settings > Wi-Fi. Next, tap on the “i” button next to your wi-fi. You will see a lot of fields. Go to the field names DNS and change it from the numbers that you see there to 8.8.8.8 Exit out of the settings and let the Wi-Fi restart. Now go back to your iMessage and try send your photos
