Cannot Locate my inbox on my iPhone 6 any more after the upgrade.
Although the issues were reported by some of the iphone 6 and 6 plus users, if you are having this issue, it can be easily fixed by dabbling with a few settings on your device. If you are unable to locate one or more of your inboxes, Tap on Mail on the home screen followed by Edit as shown in the picture below. The settings should be the same for your iPad as well.
On the Next Screen, Please make sure that you enable Show All Inboxes as shown in the next image. Once you enable this, you should be able to locate all your inboxes associated with your device. We are not sure why some user’s settings get out of order after an upgrade. The Good News is that this is relatively easy to fix.
I can receive emails, but cant send Any
Chances are that this problem is not likely to be associated with your upgrade, but may be happening if you just added email accounts to your device. In any case, if you are having this issue, please Tap on Settings > Mail,Contacts,Calendars and then choose the email account that you are having the issue with as shown below.
On the next Screen, Tap on the Account and then re-enter your password as shown in the image below. This will take care of the issue if your password for incoming mail server is same as the out going mail server. This also should help if you are experiencing issues such as Relaying error when trying to send an email out.

Unfortunately, there are no setting related issues related to this problem. The best way to approach this issue is by doing a hard reset on your device. Hold down the Sleep and Home buttons for 10 – 15 seconds until you see the Apple Logo com up on the screen. Let the device restart on its own. Now check to see if you are still having the Mail freezing up issues.

Chances are this is not related to the upgrade but is a settings issue that may have been inadvertently set and you have forgotten about it.
Please tap on Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > tap email account name > Mail Days to Sync and then increase the time limit. Please note that your emails are still available on the mail server and your device shows the emails based on the option that you have set up here.

Deleted emails show up again and again
This can be a very annoying issue. You delete the emails from your inbox but when you switch on your iPhone again, you see them popping in back. This has been noted in prior iOS versions as well by some users. In order to fix this issue, you can delete the email account on your device and then add it back. In order to delete the account, Please tap on Settings > Mail, Contacts,Calendars > Choose the email account that you are having issues with and delete. Once you have deleted the account, Please restart your iPhone or iPad and then add the email account back. This will not delete your emails. Please do check with your email service provider. We have checked this with Gmail account settings and have not lost emails.
