iPhones with Flappy Bird still demand big money on eBay, Craigslist

Flappy Bird creator Dong Nguyen mysteriously removed his game from the App Store. But don’t worry, if you really want it, there’s still a way to get the Flappy Bird app: you just need to buy an iPhone with the app installed (iPhone users who have already purchased and downloaded Flappy Bird can continue to play it despite it having been removed from the App Store).

Just head over to eBay or Craigslist and you’ll see that several iPhone owners have listed their phones with Flappy Bird installed. That being said, earlier reports have indicated that eBay will be canceling the listings of iPhones with Flappy Birds installed for violating the site’s policies, and that iPhones must be restored to their factory settings before being sold on eBay. It seems, however, that the policy is only being enforced in certain cases, as a search for “Flappy Bird” still turns up thousands of iPhones (and Android devices) with the app installed on both eBay and Craigslist.
