Some Siri Errors/Problems can be fixed by resetting network settings

Siri allows you to use your voice to get things (send messages, make phone calls, etc.) done. Siri sends your requests to Apple servers. Thus, your device must be connected to the Internet. In certain instances, Siri may say:

  • “Sorry, I’m having trouble connecting to the network.”

  • “Try again in a little while.”

  • “I’m really sorry about this but I cannot take any requests right now. Please try again later.”

  • “There’s something wrong and I can’t answer your question right now. Please try again in a little while.”

If you are having similar Siri issues, simply tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This step will fully flush all settings that your device has stored (including passwords, VPN, and APN settings) and may fix your Siri related problems.
