No More Apple Music on iPhone after Pokemon Go
For users in countries that do not yet have the Pokemon Go in their app store, the workaround has been to create a new Apple id with region set to US, Australia or New Zealand and then download the app from the app store onto your iPhone. Some users who followed this step have noted that their Apple music has disappeared. If you are one of the P-GO fans left without tunes, here is how you can get your Apple music back.
- Log out of your new Apple ID account that you used for downloading Pokeman Go by opening the App Store app, scrolling down to the bottom, selecting your Apple ID and then choosing “Sign Out”
- Sign back in to your old account, the one registered with Apple Music, by opening the Apple Music app and going to “Account” in the top left hand corner. Enter your details and tap “Sign In”
- Exit Apple Music and open Settings > Music > turn “iCloud Music Library” on and select “Merge”
PokeCoins Purchase could not be completed
If you tried to purchase Pokecoins and it didn’t work, you may first want to check your Apple Id that you are using on the App Store. If you are using the right Apple Id (the one that you use for regular transaction) and are not able to complete the transaction,
First , check to see
that you don’t have the restrictions enabled. Settings > General >Restrictions. Next, Tap on Settings > iTunes & App Store > Apple ID > View Apple ID. Enter your password and make sure that your payment information is correct.
Log out of your Appstore account. Reset your device. Now when your iPhone restarts, try to log back into the appstore and retry the purchase. If this didn’t solve your problem, you will need to get in touch with iTunes Support
Pokemon Go experience buggy and crashes a lot
Since the release of the initial download in the App Store, many people had to deal with buggy game experience and battery drain issues while attempting to play Pokemon Go. If you were one of those folks, please check out the new release. The Niantic team released version 1.0.1 was released today and it seems to have fixed a lot of issues surrounding game crashes. Security issues discovered in the prior release may have been fixed in this one.
In the case your Pokemon is stuck, the best thing to do is to forcequit the app and try it again. A tip on reddit that seems to work for some users is to look for signs that your App may be getting ready to freeze. A sign that your pokeball will freeze is the disappearance of the run, photo and bag logo. In this case just Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Throw a random pokeball anywhere, BUT NOT on the pokemon. This seems to prevent the app crash.

If you are using a Jailbroken iPhone, You might be in a bit of troubled waters since the game can and does try to detect the jailbroken state of a device. If you have not been able to play the game because of your device’s jailbroken status, we got a tip for you to get you going. CokePokes created a MasterBall tweak that allows users to bypass the jailbreak detection of the Pokèmon GO game. With MasterBall installed on your jailbroken device Pokèmon GO will not be able to log your device as jailbroken. Launch Cydia and add ‘http://cokepokes.github.io‘ to your Cydia sources. Once you have added it, simply install it and restart your device. You should be on your way to the big catch.
