By far, the easiest way to transfer photos to your Windows computer is to connect your iPhone with a USB cable. To windows, your iPhone is like a digital camera or flash drive. Once you connect, you may need to unlock the iPhone to grant access to the photos. Usually, you will get a prompt confirming if you trust the connected computer to have access. Click Yes to grant access and proceed.
