How to Remove the iPad Email Signature

When you send out an e-mail from your iPad, it automatically inserts a default e-mail signature that says “Sent from my iPad”.

The problem is that some people do not know that they are sending out e-mails with that “advertisement signature”.  And some recipient of your e-mails may find it to be obnoxious.

So let’s remove the e-mail signature.

1. From the Home screen, tap “Settings”


2. Then select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”.


3. You should find a field called “Signature”.

4. Tap on that and it will let you edit it and clear it out.
