Instead, it appears that the Android tablets have scored an increase with more than 177% compared to the first quarter of 2012.Based on the statistics, Android tablets have more than 43% of the global market.
To be more specific, 17 million Android based tablets were sold in the first quarter of 2012 whereas 40 million Android tablet were selled this quarter. Ape has sold 8 million tablets less than the last year which means 48% of the global market and Windows 8 RT has only 7.5% of the global market.
